ahh man i used to play this game for hours. only downside to the game was that you needed to replay it like 10+ times if you wanted to get all collectables.

Playing this on Yuzu or Ryujinx with mods looks pretty identical to the ps5 version too which I believe from reviews online claims 60fps at 1080p resolution. I achieve this on my gaming laptop no problem with some other tweaks to LOD and shadows to spruce things up from the original switch counterpart. It's awesome thought that non switch owners can play this game on other systems now, might pick it up on Steam when it goes on sale, hopefully there will be some other cool PC mods I'd bet on by that time.

Does anyone have a non spoilers, rough idea of when you get to this newhabino form they've veen advertising? I'm just curious when to expect it C: like a rough estimate for hours in or maybe so many quests after a non spoiler quest name. Nearly 40 hours in and taking my time but loving it!

well, with both vengeance and the original 5 i daresay that the ost is actually best in the whole series. Also, have anyone noticed? Not a single orchestrated track or any other opera.

I'm at the 2nd map, after beating Lahmu, so far, I'm enjoying it more than vanilla SMT5. I must admit, I also capitulated to Naamah's bootiness Pleasurable Temptation. Lol 😅

Your reason for not being high difficulty is pathetic. You can easily commission a mod or mod yourself a way to escape on highest difficulty. I consider this challenge null until you do this.

I thought of something for the one a out how only the male P3 protagonist can get over colds by using the bathroom, there is 1 large difference that my brain goes to between what's in the 2 bathrooms, urinals, the p3 school has healing urinals and I will take no other answer until proven wrong... this is quite possibly the dumbest comment I have ever made

smtv vengeance felt like a dlc i would call this like street fighter/tekken style season pass kinda thing where they repacked old stuff and add new stuff and make it more "value" in pricing but instead its a full priced atlus game

It's certainly made the regular route alot better. It feels like the world has more depth, I also like that amanozako gets some content to flesh out her character.

You recommend skip the original rute and play the new one instead?

I'm completely in love with this game honestly, it's my first direct experience with SMT 5, I've been playing Persona for the last 5 or 6 years since I finished SMT4 for the first time, the closest I've been to a "classic" Megaten was SH2 which is fun but not the best experience in the world, The balance was excellent for new players and I believe that for veterans, I didn't realize it was way below the necessary level until it was completely deleted by Fionn, I had my difficulties before this of course, especially against the Qadistu, but they were beatable with a little strategy and my damage definitely wasn't bad at all. Finally, exploration is extremely fun, I admit that I wasted a good few hours going after those big-headed little guys and even more with the secondary quests.

Any mega fans in here that can help me with a question, why are so many of the enemies the same between this game, persona games and soul hackers?

Playing vanilla still, got all the dlc the day before it was delisted, I plan to get vengeance, but looks overall chill.

I was tremendously disappointed by the original SMT 5 and this re-release fixed damn near every single issue I had with the original. It's very quickly becoming one of my favorite Megaten titles.

So much of Vengeance feels like a response to the lukewarm reception of the original. And this is coming from someone who was perfectly fine with the original story, they just knuckled down and added so many new moments tk flesh out the characters i already cared about to actually make them GOOD

Can't wait to platinum it on ps5, I remember buying it day one back in 2021 and it became my favorite rpg of all time.
